PO Vilnius Jeruzales Labour Market Training Centre (Vilnius Jeruzales LMTC) is an educational organization specializing in vocational training.

The centre was established in 1958.  The centre is with the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Social Security and Labour. It is a part of the Labour Market training system of Lithuania.  There are 11 labour market training centres in Lithuania in various cities. All these centres compose an associassion of adult training for labour market. 

The main aim of the centre is to provide high quality vocational training services for adult people. 

Our vision is to become reliable and leading institution of vocational training of adults which are being qualified for working in the construction and transport sectors and are prepared to join the labour market as skilled and competent employees, seeking for working performance of high culture and quality, thus creating a better future. 

Our values include the best practice accumulated by the constantly developing institution with more than fifty years’ experience, skilled and competent staff, inquisitive students, modern teaching and training facilities, enduring partnership with construction and transport companies, social partners, various associaccions and, also creative participation within the system of training service providers for the labour market. 

Main activities are:
• Providing vocational training
• Providing qualification upgrade courses
• Providing courses on work safety
• Re-training
The process of training is divided into teaching (30%) and practical training (training sessions) (70%). 

Our clients are unemployed, individuals and company employees. 

Main training spheres are:
• Construction (building) specialists: bricklayers, plasterers, trimmers, painters, roofers, etc.
• Woodworkers: carpenters, joiners, woodwork machinery operators, etc.
• Work specialists: elevating gears operators - managers (for overhead cranes, truck cranes, mobile cranes), specialists working in high constructions, work supervisors, maintenance workers, etc.
• Welders (by electricity and gas).
• Tractor drivers, digging machine drivers.
• Drivers of various categories.
• Vehicle repairs specialists (car body repairs specialists, engine mechanics, vehicle electricians, vehicle repairs blacksmiths, etc.)

• Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts
• Continuing Vocational Education Training Centres’ Association

Vilnius Jeruzales LMTC is an active partner in international projects as Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Nord Plius. We work in this field from 2002. Our partners are situated in United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Norway, Estonia, Germany, Italy and other countries.
